Shipping Policy

At Luxury Rabbit, we prioritize the security and reliability of every shipment to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Order Processing Time

All orders require up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.

This includes:

  • Payment verification

  • Order confirmation

  • Quality control and packaging

Orders are only shipped once payments have been successfully processed and approved.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via FedEx for fast and secure delivery across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Secure Pickup (Mandatory)

For security purposes, all orders are shipped to a FedEx Office location near the customer’s address.

To receive your package:

  • The customer must pick up the order in person

  • A valid government-issued ID is required

  • A signature is required upon pickup

This policy is implemented to protect high-value shipments and prevent fraud or loss.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. States

  • Puerto Rico

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.

Failed Pickup / Returned Packages

If a package is not picked up from the FedEx location within the allowed time:

  • It may be returned to Luxury Rabbit

  • Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and location details. Luxury Rabbit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
